What data is collected
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, the following information is collected: your name, email address, and the message you write. This data is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Analytics and usage data
This site uses several analytics tools to understand how visitors use it and to improve the experience:
- Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized data including page views, time spent on pages, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location (country or city level). It uses cookies and does not store personally identifiable information. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session replays and heatmaps to help understand user behavior on the site. It automatically masks sensitive fields and does not collect personal information. Learn more at Microsoft's Clarity privacy page.
- Cloudflare Analytics provides aggregate traffic insights (such as total visits and page load times). It does not use cookies or store personal data.
- Google Search Console shows which search queries bring visitors to this site. It does not provide data about individual users.
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies in your browser to track session data. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) for bot protection. No other cookies are set by this site directly.
Third-party processors
The following third-party services process data on behalf of this site:

How data is used

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
How long data is kept
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the client relationship, typically up to two years. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default settings (Google Analytics: 14 months by default). You can request deletion at any time by emailing idoop9@gmail.com.
Your rights
Under Israeli privacy law (Privacy Protection Act, 1981 and amendments), you have the right to:
- Know what personal data is held about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
If you are located in the European Union, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 16. No data from minors is knowingly collected. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data, contact us and it will be deleted promptly.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
